Feedback

We were delighted to receive some very positive comments about the PLT, and some constructive feedback to help inform future sessions.

97 % of you said you thought the venue was ‘good’ or ‘very good’.

We will hold the next session at York Racecourse and continue to review your feedback on the suitability of the venue.

You told us that the key speaker session was too long, and you would have preferred shorter updates.

We have changed the format of the introduction session to provide brief updates about key topics.

Many of you commented that you really enjoyed the workshops and would have liked to have attended more of these breakout sessions. You suggested that they should be smaller in size to enable more facilitated discussion.

During the next PLT we have increased the number of workshops. You will have the opportunity to attend two sessions during the afternoon. These breakout sessions will be capped to a smaller number of attendees to enable more intimate discussion and networking.

You told us that you enjoyed the opportunity to have protected learning time away from the practice and network with peers.

We will continue to invite primary care GPs, Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Allied Health Professionals and Physician Associates to attend the next session. We will also provide dedicated time during tea and coffee for networking opportunities.

You voted for your preferred breakout session topics.

We have created more breakout sessions based on your choices.

You said that you couldn’t hear the questions in the main session due to the absence of a roving microphone.

We will ensure there are roving microphones available for the next session.
