Help shape and improve local Patient Transport Services

Two local NHS groups are reviewing the non-emergency patient transport service across the Vale of York, Scarborough and Ryedale.

NHS Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Scarborough and Ryedale CCG are reviewing the existing service and are urging local service users to help create forward thinking, innovative solutions which will help to meet their needs.

Dr Andrew Phillips, Joint Medical Director at NHS Vale of York CCG, said: “The views of NHS patients, staff, and our NHS partners help us to shape and improve services for our local community and we would ask you to share those views with us.

“If you have used this transport service or have any other experience of the service, please help drive improvement for patients across the Vale of York, Scarborough and Ryedale by filling in our short survey.”
