In our first Child and Young People's Wheelchair Forum, we want young people from in and around York who use a wheelchair to share their views and experiences. This will help us make change for other children and young people who use wheelchairs and live in the Vale of York. You can come along with your parent/carer.

• When? Tuesday 15 June 4:30-6pm (you can pop in at any time and eat your tea if you want while taking part!)
• Where? It will be online via Zoom
• Who will be there? This group will be made up of people young people and children (and their carers/parents), people from the NHS, the local council, and the people who provide you with your wheelchair.
