The Partners in Care Team at NHS Vale of York CCG work in partnership with stakeholders from health, social care and the third sector to support care providers and staff across the patch, in their provision of high quality care. We can offer support and guidance, as well as access to training opportunities to personal assistants working within the Vale of York.

We have created a leaflet which gives some of the support networks and training that we currently offer, however if you have any additional training needs or queries then we can also assist.
