Northumberland Tyne And Wear NHS Foundation Trust in Morpeth, Northumberland

Tier 4 Child and Adolescent Mental Health: general mental health units, learning disability, and autism support units. 

Leeds and York NHS Partnership Foundation Trust at Mill Lodge, York provides general adolescent inpatient support.
